Generally, women have smaller necklines and 18 inch chains is the standard in the jewelry market. 
Some prefer 16 inches or 20 inches. Please choose CHAIN preferences. If they are not available, the 18 inch standard chain size will be sent. You can also choose 18 inch as a standard and you will likely have better success with that size.
